RESPONSIBILITIES
Wood is currently recruiting for Rotating Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to strengthen our team in Basra, Iraq 5/2 daily work we are only considering applications from local Iraqi nationals preferably residing in Iraq, Basra
- Professional Skills
- Experience in Preventative Mechanical Maintenance
- Installation, inspection, repair of Rotating Mechanical equipment for hazardous (classified) areas.
- Effective communicator – can understand and speak good level of English
- Knowledge of oil and gas best practice safety and control of work processes
- Experience in all rotating equipment such as compressors (Reciprocating, Screw, Centrifugal, Turbo Expander etc), pumps (Centrifugal, Screw, Reciprocating, Diaphragm etc)
- Experience in alignment of all rotating equipment compressor and motor shaft also pump and motor
QUALIFICATIONS
- Qualifications / Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Equivalent
- Minimum Experience / Minimum 5yrs Rotating Mechanical Maintenance
- Minimum Level / Lead Rotating Mechanical Engineers
- 5+years of experience.
