Job Overview
We are looking for Sales Executives to join our team in Erbil city.
Work Schedule: 5 Days/ Week, 9 Hours/ Day.
No. of Positions: 2
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through research, cold-calling, networking, and other sales tactics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to potential customers to communicate the value of our products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant data using our CRM system.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and improve our sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in Sales, Marketing or related fields is preferred.
- Fluent in Kurdish, Excellent level of English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
