Job Overview:

As a Sales Specialist, you are responsible for increasing product sales and promoting the jewelry and gemstones available in the store. The specialist delivers high-quality customer service, assists customers in choosing and purchasing the appropriate products, and meets their needs and requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Greeting customers in a professional manner, welcoming them and assisting them in choosing jewelry and gemstones.
• Providing technical advice and detailed information about available products, their characteristics and       value.
• Explaining and displaying jewelry and gemstones to customers in a professional and attractive manner.
• Dealing with customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner and meeting their needs and requirements.
• Promoting current offers and available discounts and motivating customers to purchase.
• Following up on sales and completing financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the store and displaying products in an excellent manner.
• Following up on developments in the jewelry and gemstone industry and related fashion to achieve a high level of knowledge and information.
• Building and strengthening good relationships with customers and maintaining continuous communication with them to achieve communication and high customer satisfaction.
• Preparing and presenting sales presentations to potential customers.
• Dealing with customer complaints and comments in a professional and timely manner.
• Achieving or exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Contributing to creating a positive and motivating team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or business administration.
  • Experience: At least four years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury goods (jewelry,   watches, fashion).
  • Product knowledge: Understanding the basics of precious metals (gold, silver, diamonds), their types and   designs.
  • Languages: Arabic and English proficiency (additional advantage).
  • High communication skills: Dealing professionally with different customers..
  • Ability to work in a team spirit and cooperate with other colleagues.
  • Ability to deal with a variety of customers and understand their needs and guide them effectively.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage and organize work time effectively.
  • Knowledge of trends and developments in the jewelry and gemstone industry.
  • Flexibility in dealing with flexible working hours and the ability to work evenings and weekends as     needed.
  • Cash handling: Knowledge of dealing with cash and electronic payment systems accurately and securely.
  • Computer proficiency: Knowledge of using sales management programs (POS) and email.
