Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Local Sales Supervisor with a strong background in FMCG sales, to oversee sales operations in the Erbil. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of sales experience, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and farmers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure effective execution of promotions and sales campaigns.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience in FMCG, preferably in Tobacco.
- Knowledge of merchandising.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent language skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Deep knowledge of the Kurdistan and customer base.
- Ability to work independently and drive results.
