Job Overview

Oversee the development and implementation of the annual sales plan of the portfolio responsible for assigned areas in alignment with corporate strategy and guidelines. Develop and maintain profitable and sustainable business relationships with key accounts to ensure constant growth in sales revenues.


Job Duties:

  • Set a yearly action plan for activities with key customers based on each territory and share the budget with the supplier and senior management for approval.
  • Control budget spending and the Advertising & Promotion budget exercise by monitoring the expenses of each activity in the market to ensure alignment with supplier guidelines and that expenditures do not exceed agreed budgets.
  • Implement the set and agreed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to the sales team in terms of target and provide needed input and training to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure implementation of the FOCs procedures in terms of quantities that need to be distributed to customers and share it with the sales team for implementation; monitor the distribution and ensure it falls within set procedures and sales strategy.
  • Ensure implementation of the returns procedures in terms of allowed quantities that need to be retrieved from customers and share it with the sales team for implementation; monitor and control the procedure and ensure it falls within set sales strategy and suppliers’ guidelines.
  • Monitor continuously the stock levels based on physical inventory done by the team or reports received from the admin team to be able to propose needed action plans regarding expiry and expired items in coordination with Senior Management.
  • Ensure that all receivables and collections are within the agreed payment/credit terms to sustain the company’s cash flow levels.
  • Ensure adherence at all levels to the company compliance and ethical standards and regulations.
  • Generate daily, monthly, and quarterly sales reports of each team member to be shared with Senior Management and take action in case of discrepancies.
  • Seek regularly new customers within the assigned areas and propose promotional action plans to optimize the customer base, increase market share, and boost sales results in coordination with Senior Management and suppliers.
  • Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of competitor products, highlight their weaknesses, and promote relevant strengths.
  • Manage and sustain a professional relationship with clients through ongoing follow-up on their requests/concerns, while keeping the best interest of the company on top of mind.
  • Perform various responsibilities related to team supervision including planning and assigning tasks, setting deadlines, monitoring results, giving feedback on performance, providing on-the-job training, relaying attendance, and behavioral issues, etc.



Carry out other similar duties that can be defined within the broad functional job and functional responsibilities outlined above. These may include special missions assigned by the supplier or Senior Management.


Working Conditions:

Professional office environment Mostly mobile work; spend up to 70% of work time outside the office.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Good command of English and Arabic.
  • Good Computer skills.
