Job Overview

  • Oversee and manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and labor laws.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
