Job Overview
- Oversee and manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and labor laws.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals, training, and career development programs.
- Maintain and update HR records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Provide HR guidance and support to employees and management on workplace matters.
- Assist in organizational development, succession planning, and workforce management strategies.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- [4] years of experience in HR roles, with at least [2] years in a senior HR position.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an advantage.
