About Almas Group Logistics: Almas Group Logistics, a leader in logistics and freight forwarding, is expanding its dynamic team in Baghdad. We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Executive to join our vibrant team. This role is pivotal in driving our sales strategies, unlocking emerging markets, and fostering sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Growth: Spearhead efforts to increase sales and explore new markets.
2. Team Management: Assist the director in managing the sales team, including daily call follow-ups, arranging industry-specific sales strategies, and conducting market research.
3. Networking: Leverage personal connections to create opportunities for the company, building trust and expanding our client base.
4. Account Management: Collaborate with the director in closing significant accounts and maintaining key client relationships.
5. Team Support: Provide assistance during sales meetings and support the sales team in their endeavors.
6. Research and Mobility: Conduct outdoor market research and be willing to travel to different cities as required.
7. Government Liaison: Build and maintain governmental connections to secure tenders.
8. Sales Reporting: Keep track of the sales process, providing weekly and monthly sales reports.
9. Personal Sales Initiatives: Develop and execute a personal sales plan, engage in cold calling, and write professional emails.

Qualifications:
• Profound knowledge in sales, well-organized, and an academic background.
• Proven ability to set and achieve sales targets.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the capacity to lead under pressure.
• Skilled in market analysis and leveraging personal connections for client outreach in Iraq.
• Degree in Logistics, Business, or Management.
• Proficiency in Outlook, email, and Microsoft Office programs.
• Established network in Baghdad and other Iraqi cities, including connections with companies and local authorities.
• Possession of a personal vehicle.
