STANDARD MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Economics, Social Sciences, or related fields.

Experiences:

• Minimum of 10 years in sustainable development, public policy, or SDG reporting.
• Proven experience in developing VNRs or similar national assessments.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Competencies (Corporate/Functional):

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Iraq’s SDG framework and national development priorities.

Language:

• Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
