Service Advisor – SAS Erbil

Main duties & responsibilities:

The Service Advisor and coordinator serve as a point of contact for customers, arranging their entry, addressing their needs, managing parking logistics, and ensuring a seamless delivery process for their vehicles. This role is pivotal in enhancing the overall customer service experience and maintaining the efficiency of the service operations.

Location: Erbil – Mosul road

Required Qualification:

  • A BSc. degree in Mechanical, Automation, Mechatronic Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive sector.
  • Proficiency in automotive service and repair pricing structures, Attention to detail, accuracy, and a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Kurdish, English, and Arabic languages are required.
