Key Responsibilities

Sales Management:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual showroom sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights and solutions to improve results.
  • Provide regular reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive showroom traffic through campaigns and promotions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of automotive products, services, and industry trends to effectively coach the team and engage customers.

Team Leadership:

  • Train and mentor sales staff, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to excel.
  • Set clear performance goals and KPIs for the sales team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment to maximize productivity and team morale.

Customer Experience:

  • Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Build lasting customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Showroom Operations:

  • Oversee the display and presentation of vehicles and promotional materials to ensure an appealing showroom environment.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure vehicle availability.
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in automotive sales.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive products and industry trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
