Key Responsibilities
Sales Management:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual showroom sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights and solutions to improve results.
- Provide regular reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive showroom traffic through campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of automotive products, services, and industry trends to effectively coach the team and engage customers.
Team Leadership:
- Train and mentor sales staff, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to excel.
- Set clear performance goals and KPIs for the sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment to maximize productivity and team morale.
Customer Experience:
- Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build lasting customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Showroom Operations:
- Oversee the display and presentation of vehicles and promotional materials to ensure an appealing showroom environment.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure vehicle availability.
- Enforce compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in automotive sales.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive products and industry trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
