Job Summary:
Oversees spa operations, ensuring a high level of service quality, revenue growth, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in spa management and be fluent in Kurdish, English, and Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise spa staff and provide training on treatments and guest service.
- Develop spa service menus, pricing, and promotional offers to enhance revenue.
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are met according to hotel policies.
- Manage inventory of spa products and equipment to maintain smooth operations.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote spa events, offers, and seasonal packages.
- Oversee budgeting and financial performance to ensure profitability.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.
- Work closely with other hotel departments to offer integrated wellness experiences.
