Kinetic is working with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Supply Chain Manager to be based in Iraq.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations.
  • Continuously improve sales forecasting techniques and processes through training and collaboration with commercial teams.
  • Develop SOP process framework, including demand forecasting, supply planning and inventory management.
  • Identify and provide solutions to overall supply chain operation-related issues.
  • To achieve continuous, accurate, and timely product supply to customers and ensure operations are well-positioned to enable & achieve significant sales growth in the coming years.
  • Compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare statistical forecast reports.
  • Prepare and analyse supply chain financial statements to ensure adherence to reporting and procedural standards.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree. Master’s Degree and/or any similar supply chain-related certifications is a plus.
  • Proven experience in managing supply chain & operations.
  • Advanced ERP and supply chain management software.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Procurement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
