Job Overview
The BIT VC Specialist actively participates in the BIT Value Chain section of the company, and her/His responsibilities include:
Sales Performance Management
- USELECT Targets/Nenkei: Establish and monitor specific, measurable targets for sales performance. Use data analytics tools for regular performance reporting, identifying trends, and making informed decisions.
- Kaizen Initiatives: Regularly visit dealerships to monitor and report on continuous improvement efforts. Encourage the adoption of Kaizen principles, focusing on efficiency, waste reduction, and customer service improvement.
- Communication with Dealerships: Maintain open lines of communication through regular meetings. This ensures alignment of goals, sharing of best practices, and addressing any concerns promptly.
Integration and Coordination
- Sales Staff Performance: Implement performance management systems that track sales staff achievements against set goals, encouraging a cohesive effort between the N-Car & Service departments.
- Dealer Profitability and Customer Retention: Develop strategies that enhance dealership profitability while focusing on long-term customer retention. This might include loyalty programs, after-sales services, and personalized customer engagement strategies.
- Certifications Management: Manage and promote certifications like Extended Warranties to offer customers added value, differentiating your product offerings in the market.
Inventory Oversight
- Stock Management: Optimize the organization of the used car lot for efficient access and presentation. Implement an inventory management system to track vehicle status and location.
- Quality Assurance: Establish rigorous inspection standards based on USelect evaluation criteria. Ensure that every vehicle meets these standards before being listed for sale.
- Pricing Strategy: Work with pricing experts to set competitive prices. Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to ensure your offerings are attractively priced yet profitable.
Customer Interaction
- Product Knowledge: Ensure sales staff are highly knowledgeable about the inventory. Training should include detailed information on vehicle history, features, and benefits.
- Customer Insights: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences. Use this knowledge to tailor your inventory and services, proposing innovative solutions that meet evolving demands.
Marketing and Promotion
- Online Listening: Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling online presentations of our dealer’s inventory. Focus on high-quality imagery and engaging descriptions to attract potential buyers.
- Showroom Presentation: ensure that at each visit to our USELECT dealers that their showroom display matches the standard to appeal the official vehicle in terms of refurbishment.
Operational Efficiency and Compliance
- Weekly Audits: Regular audits ensure adherence to USELECT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and identify areas for improvement.
- KPI Monitoring: Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various aspects of dealership operations, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Training and Development: Invest in ongoing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of your staff, particularly in vehicle inspection and customer service.
Market Analysis and Feedback
- Market Visits and Analysis: Conduct regular market visits to gather insights on customer preferences, competitor strategies, and market trends. Use this information to adjust your strategies and offerings accordingly.
- Pricing Feedback: Provide feedback to the Planning Department on sourcing and retail pricing, ensuring your dealership remains competitive and well-positioned in the market.
Compliance and Standardization
- Adherence to SOPs: Enforce strict compliance with USELECT SOPs across all dealership operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Competencies:
- Market knowledge.
- Good level of organization skills and the ability to prioritize.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work autonomously, multi-task, under-pressure and in diverse work environments.
Experience and Qualification:
- Diploma/ Degree in Automotive/ Business Administration, or similar field.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Good written and verbal command of English and Arabic.
