Job Summary:
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience while handling administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls efficiently.
- Manage front desk operations, ensuring a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Assist with administrative support for various departments.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about company services.
- Support HR and administrative teams with clerical tasks.
- Prepare and distribute company-related announcements and memos.
- Maintain and update internal contact lists.
- Assist in event coordination and meeting room reservations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment functionality.
- Handle basic bookkeeping and expense tracking tasks.
- Assist in managing travel arrangements for executives.
- Coordinate courier and delivery services.
- Provide support in document preparation and filing.
- Address any customer concerns and escalate issues as required.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication or a related field.
- Fresh Graduate or one year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, prior experience in an international or automotive company is an advantage.
- Fluency in Kurdish or Arabic Language, and Good communication in English Language.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions & Benefit Package:
- Working Days and Hours: 6 days per week, 8 hours per day
- Salary: $550- $600 USD per month
- Annual Leave: Available
