Job Summary:

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience while handling administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls efficiently.
  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Assist with administrative support for various departments.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information about company services.
  • Support HR and administrative teams with clerical tasks.
  • Prepare and distribute company-related announcements and memos.
  • Maintain and update internal contact lists.
  • Assist in event coordination and meeting room reservations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment functionality.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping and expense tracking tasks.
  • Assist in managing travel arrangements for executives.
  • Coordinate courier and delivery services.
  • Provide support in document preparation and filing.
  • Address any customer concerns and escalate issues as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication or a related field.
  • Fresh Graduate or one year of experience  in a receptionist or front desk role, prior experience in an international or automotive company is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Kurdish or Arabic Language, and Good communication in English Language.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions & Benefit Package:

  • Working Days and Hours: 6 days per week, 8 hours per day
  • Salary: $550- $600 USD per month
  • Annual Leave: Available
  • Public Holiday: Available
  • Communication Allowance: Available
