Position Overview:

An accountant plays a critical role in the financial management of a company or organization. They are responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Accountants contribute to strategic decision-making by providing insights into financial performance and advising on best practices for financial management.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

  1. Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
  2. 3+ Years experience in accounting or finance
  3. Experience in using Accounting Software like SAP, Quick Book etc.
  4. Preparing accounting entries and reconciling general ledgers.
  5. Providing detailed analysis and explanation of transactions
  6. Proficiency with computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  7. Written and verbal communications skills in Kurdish, English, and Arabic.
  8. High level of accuracy, efficiency, honesty, and responsibility.
  9. Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
  10. Any other accounting and financial matters, reports or actions which may be requested by seniors from time to time.
