Architectural Design Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with project manager to develop architectural designs.
2. Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and rendering tools to create detailed drawings and models.
3. Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
4. Assist in the preparation of construction documents.
5. Coordinate with contractors and other professionals.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor in Architecture or related field.
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and rendering software.
3. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
