Job Overview


  1. Achieve targets.
  2. Develop customer accounts.
  3. Develop and progress initiatives for new and increased business.
  4.  Develop intimacy with key account customers listed above.
  5. Close the loop communication with OEM (original equipment manufacturer).
  6. Communicate routinely and effectively with all important customers.
  7. Ensure customers are aware of all applicable company representations.
  8. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and support successful closure.
  9. Conduct customer presentations at least 4 times annually.
  10. Conduct regular and extensive customer sales calls.
  11. Attend all possible training as provided by the Company and relevant suppliers.
  12. Opportunities and support monthly reporting process.
  13. Take the lead on major projects, develop summaries, and support mega projects via conference calls and meetings.

Qualifications Required :

– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
– Minimum two years of machinery experience.
– Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
– Team player; Outside sales-minded.
– Highly organized; Good communications skills; Takes initiative; Results oriented; Negotiations skills.
– Knowledge of commercial terms and conditions.
– Refine personal skillset based on feedback and ongoing projects.
