Language: Arabic & Kurdish – English is a plus.
Location: Erbil Gulan Tower.
Experience: +1 year.
Working Hours: 8 hours shifts (2pm – 10pm )
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle a big volume of inbound and outbound calls on daily basis.
- Follow communication scripts and use knowledge of the company’s products and services to go off-script when necessary.
- Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutions.
- Follow up on the E-commerce orders and submit to the system.
- Handle comments and messages on Social media platforms.
- Handle the live chat on the website of Master store.
- Ready to work on different shifts.
- Team player with a professional communication skills.
- Good knowledge of using Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Understand the Iraqi culture and know how to handle customer’s complaints.
