Key Responsibilities:
- Check and update drivers’ schedules, attendance and their commitment on a daily basis.
- Follow up drivers’ payments, without delay on a daily basis.
- Follow up drivers’ commitment in traffic laws and TipTop policies and procedures.
- Recruit and train new drivers regularly, based on business needs and the monthly target.
- Responsible for receiving and delivering uniforms to drivers and making sure that their equipment is clean, in order to reflect TipTop’s image in a positive and professional way.
- Follow up drivers’ ratings and behavior, then conduct the required coaching and awareness sessions.
- Receive feedback from all Operations sections: Call Center, Dispatch and Fleet, related to the quality of order delivery process.
- Achieve the target of average delivery time on a monthly basis.
- Inform the Fleet Supervisor of any potential risks that will affect the work progress.
- Reporting drivers deductions and rewards feedback to the Fleet Supervisor.
- Arrange for fleet equipment inventory on a monthly basis.
- Provide the Operations Manager and Fleet supervisor with regular reports related to drivers.
- Building a strong relationship with drivers and boosting their loyalty to TipTop.
- Fleet Officer may be assigned with additional tasks related to their position, upon Operations management request.
General Skills:
- Effective Communication Skills.
- Creative Problem Solving and proactivity.
- Organizational Ability.
- Proficiency in Kurdish, Arabic and good in English.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft office and using systems.
- Has a car, which helps him arrange for regular check travels.
- Adaptable with work pressure and flexible with business needs.
GENERAL EMPLOYEES’ OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Employee must consistently adhere to all Tiptop policies and procedures, including those outlined in the National Staff Handbook and Security Standard Operating Procedures.
- The Employee is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of assigned tasks.
- Confidentiality must be maintained regarding all non-public information obtained during employment.
- All entrusted and acquired documents must be properly archived.
- The Employee is expected to represent and uphold the values of Tiptop Company at all times.
- Professional and appropriate behavior is required at all times and in all settings.
- The Employee must promptly provide all relevant information to their supervisor.
- The Employer reserves the right to assign the Employee tasks within their specialization. In urgent situations, the Employee may be required to work overtime, including on public or other holidays, depending on the circumstances.
- The Employee is expected to maintain punctual attendance during office hours and on scheduled field trips, where applicable.
- Tasks must be delivered in a timely and effective manner.
- The Employee assumes responsibility for all entrusted materials or cash and is liable for any damage or loss caused by negligence.
