HoReCa Sales Representative Job Description

Departement: ICE CREAM  Sales

  • Responsible for managing the operation team, developing coverage sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and expanding company’s business.
    • Manage and build strong business relationships with all Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe’ shop, Canteen.
    • Achieve growth and hit operations targets by successfully managing the operation team Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s requirement base and ensures its strong presence for all operation systems.
    • Present Sales, Operations revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
    • Assist in the development of the Quarter, Half a year, annual operation plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales and operations effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion program plans.
    • To Analyze & report the data of Sales, Promotion, Pricing and Distribution Activities
    • Well Implementing with distribution coverage, searching for new outlets with In town and ex-town.


Job Requirements
• Age between (20 – 33) years.

  • Must Speaks (Kurdish and Arabic).
    • Over 3 years of HORECA experience in the FMCG sector or competitive retail management companies.
    • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
    • Coordination and Collaboration with related departments.
    • Well knowledge of MS Office ( Excel, Word & PowerPoint…) and Driving is bonus.
