Job Summary:

The HR Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. the primary responsibilities will include assisting in recruitment processes, employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and supporting HR initiatives that align with our company’s goals and values.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job openings on relevant platforms.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
  • Collect and organize resumes and candidate information.
  • Conduct initial screening of candidates.
  • Coordinate new hire orientations and assist with onboarding processes.
  • Prepare and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain and update employee files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Handle routine HR-related inquiries from employees.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related documents and reports.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Stay informed about relevant labor laws and ensure company compliance.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (Minimum one year) in HR roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS (HRIS) software.
  • Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Preferred Male candidates.
