RESPONSIBILITIES

Wood is currently looking for Interface Coordination to support our team in Iraq/Basra rotational 5×3

  • Responsible for all interfaces subject to Surface Technical, including but not limited 3rd Party Interfaces.  Liaising directly with all 3rd parties and preparation/closure of Interface Agreements.
  • Initiate all GIS MOC of Surface Technical and response to those GIS MOCs from other originators
  • Manage the site-related interface coordination with the Major Projects Interface Coordinator and Other companies concerned person
  • 3D model – Operations input to 3D model administration requirements
  • Form 1/Form 2:  Development of FODP process Form 1/Form 2 – ie, non-infrastructure.  Aligning with DS Superintendents and other Operations personnel.  [This item is suggested following conversation with Boyuan as he mentioned that it is a ST task (?).]
  • Receive/reply letters subject to Interfaces
  • Set up meetings and follow up actions subject to work activities above

Business & Industry Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in design, construction, and general project delivery in the oil and gas industry
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Project Engineering or Project Engineering Management
  • Minimum of 6 years proven capability in an EPC company
  • Experience of working with multi-national and multi-cultural project teams is strongly preferred
  • Previous experience of working in the Middle East would be an advantage

Educational Attainments:

  • Degree in a relevant engineering discipline (B.Sc./B.Eng./M.Sc.)
  • Membership of a recognised professional institute preferred
