IT Supervisor

We are searching for a detail-oriented IT supervisor to join our team. The IT supervisor’s responsibilities include supervising all IT aspects of the company, while they complete repairs and installations, providing training to new recruits, scrutinizing existing processes, writing reports, developing work schedules, and delegating tasks. The ideal candidate should also be able to develop optimization strategies and provide excellent IT experience throughout the company requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing existing computer systems and making recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
• Developing and overseeing the installation of systems, which include software and hardware.
• Performing tests and troubleshooting, as well as quality assurance.
• Implementing safety procedures and data recovery plans.
• Collaborating with other departments and professionals in the development of IT systems.
• Ensuring all installations, maintenance, and upgrades are carried out on schedule and to client specifications.
• Staying up-to-date with field advancements and ensuring the team receives refresher training as well.
• Proactively works with users to determine needs, and develop requirements; evaluates alternatives and determines optimal approaches to meet requirements, develops technical specifications and instructions for development of enhancements, modifications, or new applications.
• Develops and recommends policies and procedures related to assigned operations including system and program documentation standards; prepares procedures and instructional materials related to usage and operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or similar.
• Degree or completed courses in business administration would be advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years work experience in the same field.
• Relevant certification may be required.
• Practical experience installing and maintaining systems is recommended.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
