Lexus Product Specialist – Erbil

Position: Lexus Product Specialist

Reporting To: Lexus Operations General Manager

Duty Station: Erbil branch office

Responsibilities of the Job:

Survey the automotive market of both Grey and Competitors and capture data and create detailed comparisons and present to the team and circulate weekly update.
Follow up on market trends for vehicles and accessories – suggest accessories fitment.
Provide comprehensive product information throughout the sales process including product presentation, test drive and delivery process and conduct training.
Provide product support for sales consultants of Dealer.
Produce communication material to enhance sales.
work closely with the planning team / Product manager and analyze past sales / market requirement and identify fast-moving suffix / color combinations / models.
Create and maintain SFX in DMS system according to the market demand and competition.
Explain all vehicle features which should be at the candidates’ fingertips, benefits, Unique Selling Point etc.
Work with marketing section to enhance marketing campaign and communication.
Update and maintain new model year & New Model Specification sheets & E-Catalog.
Conduct comprehensive product studies and comparisons.
Maintain high moral work and organizational skills.
Exhibit the company’s core values and philosophy.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
Good Knowledge of cars (Car Enthusiast).
Demonstrate passion for cars and automotive technology.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word.)
Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
Iraqi nationality.
