Position Overview:

As a Marketing Associate at amal, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team in executing various marketing initiatives and campaigns. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in marketing principles and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and email.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including copywriting, graphics, and multimedia assets, to support marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing materials and collateral, ensuring brand consistency and quality standards are met.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategy.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness, and provide regular reports and insights to the team.
  • Support the maintenance and optimization of the company’s website and other digital properties, including content updates, SEO optimization, and user experience improvements.
  • Assist with other marketing-related tasks and projects as needed.


  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related field; previous experience in a marketing assistant or coordinator role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and materials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., email marketing platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Creative thinker with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
