Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager in advertising and marketing field to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, developing and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. Responsibilities:

    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
    • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
  4. Performance Monitoring:
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports to executive leadership.
  5. Sales Training:
    • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales department.
  6. Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage the sales department budget to ensure financial targets are met.
    • Optimize resource allocation to maximize return on investment.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  2. Proven track record of success in sales management, with [+5] years of experience.
