Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to promote digital wallet’ services to potential customers.
  • Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate digital wallet solutions.
  • Keeping updated on the latest digital wallet services, features, and industry trends to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively pitching digital wallet solutions to both new and existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with personalized services and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional wallet services based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customer segments and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with other teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to enhance the digital wallet sales process.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies while promoting and selling digital wallet services.

 

Required qualifications:
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the digital or financial services industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Strong understanding of digital banking products, services, and technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to drive sales strategies.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
