Operator job description
1. Operate all machines in the plant.
2. Fill in log sheets all required data.
3. Add PM to the machine magazines.
4. Prepare the Printer and set the required date after Production Supervisor confirmation.
5. Make clean nozzle flush for the printers after the job is finished.
6. Clean the machine.
7. Implement GMP and Supervise the machine labors hygiene.
8. Manage the waste properly.
9. Manage machine losses and inform maintenance team to avoid more losses.
10. Write maintenance request.
11. Ensure that the machine is ready before start up.
12. Support maintenance team in case of any technical job.
13. Whenever new PM are received a trial should be done by the Operator.
14. Report to Production Supervisor.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
2. Administrative and leadership skills in the production department.
3. Previous experience in a dairy company or production environment is an added advantage.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Good communication skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
6. Knowledge of work procedures in dairy factories.
