Location: Baghdad – Al Gazaliya

Working Hours: 4:30 PM – 12:00 PM

About the job:

The Parts Sales Executive’s main responsibility is to conduct site visits for potential customers (private and governmental) inside and outside Baghdad, offering our service and parts. The Parts Sales Executive is also responsible for preparing proposals, providing technical support for all tenders, ensuring that all proposal requirements and parts specifications are met according to the tender requirements, and making sure to close sales deals.

About the Company (SAS): SAS Automotive Trade and Services is a Sardar Group Company and an Authorized Toyota Dealer with a National Network of branches from the North to South of Iraq.

SAS Automotive Trade and Services – Authorized Toyota Dealer provides Toyota vehicles specifically manufactured for the Iraqi environment and conditions with a 3 Year or 100,000km factory warranty (whichever comes first). Additionally, SAS only uses Toyota Genuine Parts for all service-related requirements and factory handled by trained and certified Toyota technicians

Responsibilities:

• Reports sales to the manager and ensures that the sales are on track to hit the targets set for the section.
• Supply customer requirements and ensure appropriate records are maintained.
• Summarizes tenders’ requests for management and gains approvals to participate in tenders’ preparation.
• Maintenance and filing of all dealership paperwork as directed.
• Enters the data of parts orders.
• Tracks special orders and follow up.
• Assists parts manager with various parts department duties

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or mechanical or electromechanical engineering.
• Experience: Previous experience of 3 years in a similar role.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office.
• Other Skills: Attention to Detail, Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Languages: Arabic, English.
