Job Overview

Position: Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Manager

Reporting To: Deputy Chief of Aftersales

Duty Station: Erbil Office

Responsibilities of the Job:

  • Managing all PDI locations (Erbil, Basra & Baghdad) to ensure vehicles are prepared and ready for delivery.
  • Coordinating with Logistics and sales and plan and strategy to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Ensuring manpower requirements are always sufficient according to PDI accessories and Inspection requirements and monthly target.
  • Monitoring day-to-day operations for all locations.
  • Maintaining daily operational reports to monitor performance.
  • Delegating job responsibility effectively to the Assistant Manager, Supervisor, and Job Controller.
  • Arranging training for technicians on the installation of new accessories.
  • Monitoring damaged vehicles to avoid accumulation.
  • Standardizing the process and implemented it at all locations.
  • Monitoring Body and Paint repair and PDR.
  • Workforce planning.
  • Evaluating employee’s performance and competency.
  • Ensuring application of safety regulations for all PDI staff


  • At least 5 years automotive experience, and good knowledge of the automotive industry around the region as bench marking. Understand TMC requirements.
  • Possess a valid driving license.
  • Computer skills, PowerPoint, Word and Excel. And has good moral values.
  • Iraqi nationality
