Job Summary:

The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. Your role is crucial in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing front desk operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-centric approach.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, answer inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
  • Register and announce visitors, ensuring they are directed to the right person or department.
  • Provide information about the company’s products, services, and facilities to clients and guests.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve or escalate issues as needed.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment.
  • Manage courier and delivery services.
  • Assist in various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth office operations.
  • Monitor and control access to the premises.
  • Ensure that security protocols are followed, and visitors are properly authorized.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and represents the company’s professional image.



  • Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, minimum one year.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using office equipment, including phone systems and computer applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic and English.
