Senior Account Representative – SG Erbil

The Senior Account Representative, oversees order book management, ensuring adherence to company policies. Responsibilities include financial reporting, guiding junior staff, analyzing annual subscription revenue, interpreting contracts for billing accuracy, supporting executive programs, initiating outbound campaigns, managing named accounts, conducting client research, and optimizing insurance accounts receivable.

Location: Erbil-Mosul Road near 120 m Ring Road Cross-Section

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or Related Field, at least 2 years of related experience, Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, Strong customer service and project management skills, Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, Strategic thinking,  Highly organized and solution-oriented.
