Position: Senior Dealer Development Specialist
Reporting To: Dealer Development Manager
Duty Station: Erbil branch office
Responsibilities of the Job:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers in target markets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential market demand and development in each city.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs for new dealers.
- Arrange comprehensive training for the new as well as current dealers.
- Monitor dealer performance and provide regular feedback.
- Analyze Sales & Aftersales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting dealer relationships.
- Address dealer concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular visits to dealer locations to strengthen partnerships.
- Gather feedback from dealers on market trends, customer needs, and product feedback.
- Prepare regular reports on dealer activities and performance for senior management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure operational effectiveness in existing dealership.
- Utilized data analytics to provide strategic insights for dealership expansion and market positioning.
- Produce concise reports on market dynamics, customer preferences, and potential business risks.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years in a similar role, and knowledge in automotive sector
- Proven experience in dealer development, channel sales, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Open for travel for Iraqi cities
- Iraqi nationality
