Senior Product Designer – Food Division

Main Responsibilities:

• Take complete ownership of design issues from conception through to implementation and further refinement post-launch
• Develop intuitive flows and prototypes to resolve complex user experience challenges.
• Focus meticulously on the subtleties of visual and motion design to create delightful user experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers to not just execute but also help define product vision and strategy, incorporating bold and innovative ideas.
• Act as a visionary, identifying future design opportunities and collaborating closely with product, engineering, and operational teams.
• Take complete ownership of design hand-over process to engineering and product teams
• Ensure the delivery of pixel-perfect designs in partnership with engineering teams.
• Utilize both quantitative and qualitative feedback to iterate and enhance design solutions.
• Help conduct UX research to deeply understand user needs, uncover opportunities, and transform insights into actionable product features.

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3-4 years experience in product design, demonstrating a track record of impactful user-centered solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A portfolio that showcases exceptional UI and UX design work.
• Experience with UX writing in the Arabic language.
• Experience leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions, aligned with market needs and business objectives.
• Proven experience designing for a consumer-focused product.
• Strong collaboration skills across diverse teams and organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate design ideas and decisions through both visual and written means.
• Skilled in facilitating discussions and guiding teams toward consensus.
• A history of delivering extraordinary design work, with a keen eye for detail throughout the development and launch phases.
• Experience designing for Android, iOS, and web platforms, with a solid understanding of mobile and web design patterns.
• Experience in designing 2D-3D illustrations is an advantage.
• Experienced in making complex prototypes with tools such as Protopie or Figma is an advantage.
