Overview:

Visit Kurdistan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior TV Producer to join our energetic marketing team. You will be the mastermind behind our video productions, leading projects from concept to completion and ensuring the creation of captivating content that shines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of video production projects, from the initial pre-production stages all the way through post-production.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing head, creative teams, directors, and service production to brainstorm and develop original, innovative concepts for TV and social media campaigns.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation effectively to guarantee projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints.
• Provide clear direction and guidance to production crews, maintaining the highest quality standards throughout the entire production process.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors, talent agencies, and production partners to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Stay on top of industry trends and best practices to continuously refine production processes and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success as a TV producer or co-producer, with a preference for experience in tourism or travel-related content creation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where agility is key.
• Proficiency in production software and tools to streamline the production process.
