Job title: Shift leader
Job description:
1. Supervise all duties in Production area.
2. Do the best to finish the duties according to the production plan.
3. Manage and lead all the staff to achieve the best work in specified time.
4. Ensure that all needed packing materials and raw materials are received from warehouse and correct.
5. Ensure that all materials are returned to warehouse at end of work.
6. Do proper handover with shift A leader.
7. Supervise pallets or trollies movement from incubation rooms to fast cooling and cold stores.
8. Supervise ice cream room and filling rooms (sealed products and traditional yogurt).
9. Have good knowledge about yogurt, Ayran, BFC, cheese, and ice cream processes and ability to learn.
10. Knowledge about all BOM in the company.
11. Have good knowledge about enzymes, cultures, and other additives.
12. Supervising packaging all products that need capping and dating after Production Supervisor confirmation.
13. Manage daily labors for making carton trays, or any preparations tasks.
14. Manage white mass losses and packaging materials losses.
15. Ensure GMP Implementation in production area.                                                                                        16. support machine Operators.
17. Ensuring the best housekeeping during duty and at end of the shift.
18. Cooperate with warehouse team for the best stock management of PM.
19. Justify the losses and differences between fast cooling quantity and what delivered to cold store.
20. Submit propper training for the packaging labors to avoid product contamination.
21. Manage labors meals in case of extra working hours.
22. Enhance the positive working atmosphere, and improve labors attitude.
23. Report to Production Manager all the required details.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
2. Administrative and leadership skills in the production department.
3. Previous experience in a dairy company or production environment is an added advantage.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Good communication skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
6. Knowledge of work procedures in dairy factories.
