Job Title: Workshop Controller – Jaguar Land Rover Baghdad

Location: Baghdad – AL-Mansour – Abu Jaafar Square

Main duties & responsibilities:

The Workshop Controller is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the workshop to ensure efficient workflow, optimal productivity, and high-quality service delivery. This role involves managing the allocation of tasks, monitoring job progress, and coordinating with technicians, service advisors, and customers to achieve workshop performance targets.

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or relevant automotive field.
• Proven experience in workshop operations, a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle/equipment maintenance and repair processes.
• Familiarity with workshop management systems and diagnostic tools
