Job Overview

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Daily customer contact following a visit by customers to the Sales & Aftersales department. (Service reminders, Parts arrived in stock courtesy call, Sales experience follow-up calls).
  2. Follow up after delivery.
  3. Review data quality within DMS.
  4. Prepare reports as required by Management.
  5. Prepare reports for GWM.
  6. Assist and Ensure concern cases are resolved and closed with GWM and Customers in a reasonable period to increase Customer satisfaction.
  7. Review GWM Quarterly reports from survey links, analyze data, and advise on customer complaints.
  8. Assist with translating documents as and when needed.
  9. Ongoing review of main customer database, consistently updating records and information to support maintaining accurate records and data.
  10. Coach and mentor CRM staff to constantly improve their customer interactions.
  11. Analyzing Customer concerns and recommending Goodwill as feasible to support Customer Loyalty.
  12. Maintaining and improving data management processes and accuracy.
  13. Leadership and communication management.

 

Requirements:

– A minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or administration is required.
– Education Degree: bachelor’s degree in any related field.
– Excellent teamwork, Motivation, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
– Proficiency in Kurdish and Arabic is a must, and English would be an asset.
