Infrastructure Manager

Job Overview

The position aims to align technology and business strategies, implementing systems that meet business demands, while also optimizing operational efficiency, vendor coordination, and IT performance for smooth and strategic IT management.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • To ensure collaboration of technology and business strategies by providing solution that meets the business demands.
  • Improve stability and efficiency within the production environment
  • Ensure efficient management of the production systems and coordinate with Vendors for smooth operation and services.
  • Ensure that all incident reports are reviewed and are factually correct. To work with the vendors and the business until all outstanding actions (if any) are followed through to completion.
  • Liaison with vendors for suitable network and system equipment procurement as per requirement.
  • Asset Management of all IT assets.
  • Engage with the business and understand their needs and then implement relevant functional systems.
  • Assist in developing processes for defining, monitoring, and reporting performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Service Targets
  • Advises top management team on strategic issues, with respect to technical infrastructural Issues.
  • Evaluates all IT related purchases and ensure budgetary preparation and compliance.
  • Disaster Recovery Drill Coordination and Planning
  • Ensure Smooth Internet connectivity for local users and coordinating with support engineers.
  • Coordination with Service providers
  • Work effectively with stakeholders and technical staff to deliver IT solutions.
  • Manage infrastructure solutions architecture
  • Work effectively with stakeholders and technical staff to deliver Microsoft and other collaboration solutions
  • Train & introduce best IT practices and policies.
  • Design & implement network for payment system
  • Ensure maximum system uptime and coordinate with support staff for timely resolution of IT related issues.
  • Job Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Communication .additional qualifications are preferred (CCNA)
  • 5-7 years of experience in the related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • First class interpersonal skills, able to communicate with a wide range of people
  • Organized and methodical
  • Good teamworking skills
  • Excellent Oral Communication (English & Arabic)
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Able to collate and interpret data from various sources.
  • Knowledge and experience of analyzing systems
  • Knowledge base of the company and its goals
