Job Overview

Purpose of the job: : Manage oversees project management processes and tools, and effectively manages the company’s Planning function to ensure best practices are followed

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • v Plan, organize and coordinate planning and development activities.
  • Provide GM with clear vision on Project status to support decision making
  • v Provide project plan in coordination with related departments.
  • v Identify and develop project management methodology, best practices, and standards
  • v Develop and manage project policies, procedures, templates, and other shared documentation
  • v Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
  • v Identify risks on a timely manner and ensure proper communication to client management, while proposing mitigation actions.
  • v Establish effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
  • v Support the development of long-term goals and identify, analyze, and monitor issues that affect growth and productivity.
  • v Conduct post project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
  • v oversee and direct the activities of information technology projects, including budgets and schedules, and executing a project communication plan
  • v make sure day-to-day work in a tech department happens as smoothly as possible.
  • v responsible for delivering a project within a certain timeline and budget
  • v Partner with all departments to ensure work is done according to demands
  • v Lead all phases of IT project life cycles
  • v Responsible for System deployment Software development Hardware installations Infrastructure updates Cloud computing
  • v Understanding and adapting to client needs
  • v Managing relations among hardware, software, data, and users
  • v Dealing with consequences of unplanned software or hardware updates
  • v Looking for and identifying faults in security
  • v Communicating IT problems with those outside the field

Technical Skills :

  • MS Office
  • General knowledge on Systems Solutions
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Project and other MS Office tools
  • AutoCAD
  • Project procurement management
  • Principles of project management

Qualifications :

  • v Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or any other relevant
  • v Project Management Professional (PMP) Or CompTIA Project+ certificate required
  • v +8 Years’ Experience in the same field
  • v Excellent in English Language (written and oral)
  • v Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • v Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills and Communication Skills
  • v Desire to work in a multicultural information systems environme
