Job Overview
GLOBAL OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:
Under the direct line management of the National HR Manager, the HR Officer is responsible for ensuring that all the Human Resources processes, rules, and deadlines are handled according to NAI standards and Iraqi legal context. He/she may also travel to other identified governorate where NAI has activities to support the branches on HR processes, policy implementation, and/or do training and inductions.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS DESCRIPTION
Under close supervision of the National HR Manager, the HR Officer will do the following:

2. Ensure the administrative follow-up of Human Resources and related payments and declarations:
3. Support individual follow-up of employees, including evaluation, promotion, career, and discipline:
4. Participates in the development and diffusion of an adequate and innovative HR resources policy and strategy.

Note that this job description must remain flexible, to respond to additional tasks or changes as identified by the line manager.
REQUIRED PROFILE
Education:
· Bachelor or diploma degree in Business Management or any other related field.
Languages:
· Kurdish
· Arabic
· English
Experience:
· A minimum of 3 years experience in the HR department.
· Knowledge of Iraqi labor law.
· Previous experience with HRM systems is preferred.
· Adequate knowledge of the common HR practices.
Skills:
· Ability to work within a team.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Good communication skills.
